Lady Carrot Cake Recipe

1 canister of Lady Carrot Cake biscuits

1 cup / 240 gr of greek yogurt (the creamier you find)
1 tablespoon of honey
juice and peel of half an orange
¼ tsp of cardamom powder


In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the rest of ingredients until everything is well combined.

Put the cookies up and put a spoon on top of each cookie. Cover with another cookie and enjoy!

You can put them in the refrigerator or freezer for a more summer version, ice cream type. In the event that you do this option, do not delay in eating them.
