Coconut Valley Recipe
1 canister of Coconut Valley
Peanut Butter
Beet and raspberry jam:
½ of a raw beet
2-3 spoons of chia seeds
1/4 cup / 60 ml of water
½ cup raspberries
2 dates
½ lemon juice
1 tsp. cardamom powder
1 cup chocolate 70% cocoa
Put half of the cookies up.
Prepare the jam simply blending the ingredients until having a jam texture.
Put a spoon of butter peanut on a cookie and over another spoon of pink jam. Cover with a cookie. Put the cookies on a tray and freeze.
While, melt the chocolate at bain-marie. Leave the cookies one hour at least on the freezer.
Remove them from the freezer and cover with the melted chocolate and put them back on the tray and in the freezer.
