Delicate is the word that best describes these Spanish cookies. The flavors, however, are anything but. Rich cocoa balanced with a touch of salt, apple seasoned with cinnamon, and lime with bits of candied peel are some of them. All the ingredients are organic: Paul and Pippa Biscuits.
